No pumping points into life and leveling up doesn't affect it. I've been playing a lot of Chivalry II and would love to see that kind of combat make a return (I know the early ES games played around with a simpler version of it).
Blocking much more important now to melee builds. I want more individual armor parts and I want a metric ton of them. Here are some pretty big and/or probably not so big things I would do: With the idea that the Elder Scrolls gameplay loop remains essentially intact, what changes would you make? Get as granular or vague as you want. That's a lot of time to think about how systems could be improved, how UI could be improved, as well as maybe mixing things up with some nutso fundamental changes that refresh the feel of the series. So Skyrim's been out for a decade as of this week.
